HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
We are a private community of 131 two and three-bedroom townhouses and villa style homes set on more than 50 acres in unincorporated DeKalb County, Georgia. Developed between 1972 and 1974 our property features extensive wooded areas and a 15-acre lake (North Lake). Though we are within a short distance from Interstates 285 and 85, Northlake Parkway, Briarcliff and LaVista Roads and the Northlake business district, we enjoy a beautiful, quiet, natural setting with an abundance of wildlife for residents to enjoy. Our community is managed by a seven-member board and a property management company which together oversee a well-established planning and property maintenance program supported by responsible financial management and reserve funds.
